Neue Lager für Sie heute! New shops for you today! At least for those of you in Germany, I found some online shops that you may enjoy which I'll list below. I also ordered a coffee table from a new shop in Hannover at the Ernst August Gallerie called Depot. Would you like to see it? Here it is. I purchased it because it's solid wood, I like the Asian flair, and the size is perfect for the space. I really want a table that is large enough for friends to gather around on floor cushions to eat sushi, fondue, and all the yummy finger foods and such that I like to serve. I purchased a fondue set recently so I'm ready to get started and have my first fondue party!

Can you imagine it in this space? I totally can. It will replace my current upside down wicker basket that I found on clearance.
I think this table will work nicely. I was going to go with a mid century modern table, then I was leaning towards a Moroccan tea tray table, and in the end I just went with what was affordable, well made, nice looking, the right dimensions, and of course... Sturdy! I use a coffee table for everything, from a spot to eat with friends to a place to craft or to play with my friends kids when they come over (coloring, drawing, etc.). I did not want something too 'fine' because I want to enjoy this table and be able to do on it what I please. Remember, I like an eclectic style so for me this totally works.
And it will arrive on Thursday! Yay! So I can show you my table in action, so stay tuned on Friday for photos.
