{la pomme}

i gave into temptation today. but i couldn't resist such cuteness. i purchased a set of 6 pretty heart and circle sachets filled with cloves that are bilingual in both french and english that say love, peace, joy... made of pretty linen... i will use them as decoration year round because i have some hooks that i'd like to put them on in my dining area (there's a shelf over my dining room table now, i'll show you on thursday). i also picked up these 3 lovely apples for my windowsill or for another shelf i have. i really like things like this as i think they are so simple and pretty. childish? perhaps. do i care. not at all. find your french handmade goodies at la pomme on etsy. xo, holly

Oh!!! I have been eyeing those apples for SO long, have had them on my favorites list and look at them daily.

I think they are wonderful, they feel like home to me. And I really adore the little fairy tale written about them... so great!

i like the apples, and your new shades are beautiful and so "soft" (i dont know the right word). here in croatia people dont have that tipe of shades, most common are curtains - two pairs of them: one light, for the day, and with them the heavy one, for the night when you lite up the light - so your neighbours cant see you. but i like youtr better! :)
and me, well, im a student and i live in a rented appartemenet, so i bricollaged: i put a blue-green striped linen plaid on ther hooks and it serves me as a curtain :) it looks great and gives texture to the room.
i love reading you,
best regards!

Oh no, I wish I hadn't seen these! They can't ship to Australia because of what's inside. :( Thanks for sharing Holly, they are just gorgeous, and your home is looking absolutely amazing.

Simple and elegant - yes. Childish - no! I'd love some of the apples too.

Is it cheesy to post something in an entry about your own products? :) Well whether that's a yes or a no, here I am! I already said it, but I'll say it again: Thank you for visiting my shop AND writing about it, Holly. I am overjoyed. And everyone else who said all these nice things about my stuff, this apple is all pink with pleasure!
