{other living room}
did i ever show you my living room in new hampshire, the home where i live for most of the year when i'm not here in germany? i thought you'd enjoy a glimpse of it.
the only thing that i removed is the carpet, you may notice in the 2nd image that it is gone. i thought i'd like the look of a rug on top of my berber carpeting but i did not so this rug is rolled up and in storage. other than that, this room is pretty much the same. i thought you'd have fun comparing the differences to my german living room. definitely a difference, don't you think?
the eating nook in my kitchen, the light was so bright this day... sorry it's a bit blinding i know...
about the house in nh: it's about 900 sq foot and is an 1875 carriage house. you can view photos of the yard here, it's really gorgeous, complete with a old wooden shed a goldfish pond, and a larger pond with our resident blue heron.

Both of your homes make me want to have a nice cup of tea while watching the fire. So warm and inviting!
