Not So... Odd Molly

Fashion label Odd Molly isn't at all odd, it's gorgeous - their clothing captivates me each season with its handmade folksy vibe. Look at this coat for Autumn worn by the lovely Danish supermodel Helena Chistensen, their model of choice (she's 40 now, and more gorgeous than ever). This jacket is so lovely, don't you think? I want to find out where it is sold...

I want...

Bread&Butter: Berlin

In fact, maybe you can you help me... do you know of an online shop that sells Odd Molly in Europe and ships to Germany? And... do you have some tips for nice online shops in and outside of Germany that I may like? I know about Impressionen and Noa Noa and now Bread&Butter in Berlin, but honestly, that's about it when it comes to fashion... Help! Make me into a stylish scarf-wearing uber chic northern German girl! he he. (image: odd molly and b&b)

I love Odd Molly, if only it weren't so expensive!! I know www.orangebag.nl sells some of their collection, but I don't know if they ship to Germany....

That jacket in the first photo is so great. I love the detailing on the sleeve. Is that embroidery? applique?

I like the second outfit a lot but I think it takes a certain sort of person to wear that and make it look "pulled together." I fear my physique far too troll-like to accomplish the task!

I always thought that Odd Molly was a European label, from Sweden? There seem to be a couple of German stockists on their website. I've often seen their clothes in a shop in Edinburgh where I live, they are beautiful.

I think you might like Toast as well, they deliver to the EU - http://www.toast.co.uk
Ooh, i stock Odd Molly in my boutique, it's beautiful! myself and all my staff fight over the pieces every season. I dont yet have an online shop but the UK have quite a few online stockists. www.bohemiadesign.co.uk seems to have the largest online selection and no doubt will ship anywhere you like. That coat in the image i have reserved for myself but also look out for a fabulous navy coat that has a nipped in waist, little pixie hood and frilled details down the sleeves, oh my god it's to die for!! x

Katherine - Yes it's Swedish, lovely too huh?

Parallel - You are NOT a troll you lovely lady!!!

Antsje - YES IT IS expensive, it makes Anthropologie prices look like Gap.

Eden Rose - Thanks for letting me know. I want to see that coat now and buy it from you!!!
Not sure where to get the clothes but the gorgeous model reminds me of Cameron Diaz, no?

I'll be curious to read the ideas listed here. I've only bought accessories since moving here and still wear a lot of US clothes since I'm so tall. (hard to find tall stuff here). Two places I like are ones I actually found out about from you!

www.bonaparte.de has some tall stuff and is affordable

www.gudrunsjoden.com is a little out there price wise and style wise for me, but there are always several individual pieces I like. Their homewares are fairly priced, too. (didn't you get shades from them?) I actually went into their shop in Nurnberg last weekend and was pleased to see how well-made their things are. Their clothing definitely runs large, so that was helpful to find out.

Hi Holly

There are loads of gorgeous European brands (so many great Scandinavian designers!), but unfortunately there still aren't all that many European on-line clothing stores-(

I'm linking to a few other brands below, they don't sell on-line but I'm guessing you should be able to find them in German stores I think. (or during your European shopping trips;-)

Have a nice weekend!

Oh, I just saw they currently do not have lots of it on their site. But there is more in their catalogue!

You're so right, Holly - this coat is great. :-)

There are some German online shops that sell 'Odd Molly'.

For example: www.modavivente.de
www.fashionroom.biz
www.impressionen.de

I also found a shop in Hamburg (which is really not so far from Hannover) that sells 'Odd Molly':
Gasstrasse 2a, 22761 Hamburg.

Greetings from Hannover ;-)

Holly, you can try 3suisses. It's a German company specializing in clothes à la françaises. Très chic and affordable. More so as they have a summer sale going on.

Hi Holly,
i really love Odd Molly too.In Germany it`s very hard to find.In Hamburg there`s a shop called Lille-Stor where you can find some items. And you can try www.houseoflifestyle.com, they are getting new autumnstyles by ODD Molly very soon. And yes, lovely Helena Christensen...i think you are right, she is getting lovelier year by year.
Nice to have you here in Germany soon...

Hi,
I just saw your post and i have never commented n a blog before, but after checking out Odd Molly, I think you might like Gudrun Sjoden (www.gudrunsjoden.com). Good luck with your move. I used to go to Hannover as a child and I loved it.

I´m not a big online shopper, but I think www.cyrillus.de has stuff you might like. They have a home decor section, too, I think their bedding is nice. I´ve ordered a coat once and while it was not cheap, the quality was good. For the trendy stuff, there´s always www.frontlineshop.com. They´ve got those hipster German and Scandinavian brands (like nümph) and a lot of streetwear. Anyway: I´m excited to welcome you here in Germany! I hope you have a smooth transition and a good start in your new home.
Lieben Gruß
Hanna
