{new bouquet}

Spring is coming {I think!}. We have sunshine today and yesterday a flower bouquet arrived from Martha Stewart that I ordered for myself. I just love it, freesia and roses. This is in my bedroom shown with some of my favorite things. A painting from a local New Hampshire artist, vases from a florist near the coast (Cymbidium in Exeter, NH), a CD from an indie artist in Portland, OR and a new book called Recycled Home that I recently reviewed on decor8 {here}. The handmade beads were sent from my dear friend Maryam in Morocco last Spring. I love their color!

This little ensemble makes me happy today. I adore my collection of orange and turquoise. Such a nice color combination, don't you think? If you would like to see more photos of these beautiful flowers please visit this link. (photography: holly becker)

i loooove that painting! (well, and everything else in the photo.)

it's like i'm starved for colour.
I LOVE Amy Seeley! She's so talented.
That new bouquet is beautiful! I never would have thought to purchase something with such bright orange flowers, but it really goes perfectly with that canvas! And the turqoise really ties it all together - great job!

P.S. Any suggestions on my cuckoo clock dilemma?

Love the new blog layout and header - perfect for a fresh new spring look :)
ooh I love the bouquet!

Random question: from where did you purchase the yellow & cream/white pillow I saw on your site awhile back (January-ish)? It's just adorable!

Beautiful! My favorate colors, too! I like people who can feel happy just because of seeing something beautiful or listening to music! That speaks a lot.
