Porcelain Vintage Find
I was in this cute little Portuguese cafe today in the nordstadt called Gostoso (photo below from Qype) and I noticed in a corner they had some flea market finds for sale.
That is where I spotted this sweet vintage porcelain pot -- I grabbed it right away. After a good cleaning at home, I put some lollipops inside and it will go in my kitchen for now. I'm moving in 12 days (eek!) and well... I don't know where anything will eventually end up but I do know that it will be put to good use.
I love the pattern, very Orla Keily don't you think?
I'll show you my loot from the fabric market today... but most likely in a day or two so stay tuned! :)
I hope you are having a nice weekend! xo

I actually think, that it´s a "bonbonnière". Thank you for stopping by and for liking the "flea corner".

I'm also a portuguese girl, following your blog for years. =)
I have the collection of that same porcelain pot, but in color. The flowers are bright orange and the leafs dark green. =)
It belonged to my mother when she married. =)
I love the name of the portuguese coffee, "Gostoso", it means tasty. =D
I left you a comment on your facebook (or was it decor8? Not sure), I hope you read it.
It's in the name of Enchanted Jewellery. =)**
And as I said on the message, thank you for inspiring me for so many years my dear. =)
